Lavena is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental-Health Nurse Practitioner. She founded MindHealth Psychiatry with the goal of providing friendly, comprehensive mental and behavioral healthcare to her fellow Oregonians and Washingtonians.

Lavena specializes in the treatment of Adult ADHD, depression, anxiety, and PTSD. She loves hiking and exploring the Oregon coast, trying new burger places in Portland with her children, and finding peace in nature at her cabin.
