Lavena is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental-Health Nurse Practitioner. She founded MindHealth Psychiatry with the goal of providing friendly, comprehensive mental and behavioral healthcare to her fellow Oregonians and Washingtonians.

She specializes in integrative psychiatry, especially in the treatment of depression, anxiety, ADHD, and LGBTQ+ care.
